The Anchor Project
The Anchor Project is a Christian ministry for young adults founded on Hebrews 6:19,“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” Anchored in Christ and rooted in community, the ministry exists to help young adult believers grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and live out the gospel together.
The Anchor Project focuses on three core areas: faith, social connection, and community outreach. Through weekly Bible studies, regular social gatherings, and monthly service opportunities, the ministry creates spaces for spiritual growth, fellowship, and practical service. A central priority is developing strong young leaders who are grounded in their faith and equipped to lead others, ensuring lasting impact and continuity.
What We Do
The Anchor Project exists to help start and sustain Christ-centered communities for young adults. Our heart is not just to host one group in one place, but to see communities formed and rebuilt wherever young adults are — cities, churches, neighborhoods and workplaces.
Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, are new to your faith, or are simply looking for a place to study the Bible and ask honest questions, The Anchor Project is a place for you.
We believe real growth happens in consistent, Christ-focused community. Through Scripture, shared life, and service, we create spaces where young adults can belong, grow, and walk out their faith together.
How We Gather
Our communities revolve around three simple rhythms:
Faith — studying Scripture together, praying, and having open discussions
Community — building real relationships through shared meals, conversations, and time together
Outreach — serving others and putting faith into action through regular service opportunities
No matter where someone is in their faith journey, these rhythms help create a steady place to grow.
A Place to Start (or Restart)
If you’re new to Christianity, returning after time away, or have never had consistent Bible community, you’re not behind. Our groups are designed to be welcoming, approachable, and grounded in Scripture.
Questions are encouraged. Growth is a process. No one is expected to have everything figured out.
Leadership & Community Builders
Leaders at The Anchor Project help create environments where people feel safe, welcomed, and encouraged to grow. Leadership is not about having all the answers, but about serving faithfully and walking alongside others.
